Walking Two Miles, Twisting with Ease

I feel like my pain and soreness that I'm having is residual from the actual procedures done. Meaning the pain different from before in the regard that previously the pain was from the injury itself. I'm walking two miles with relative ease. I'm capable of twisting with minor pain that will likely cease in a few weeks. Bending over will probably take a bit more time but will subside. 12/28/2015
