Walking Straight for 3 Miles, No Pain

Couldn't walk or stand without pain for more than 15 to 20 minutes before surgery. Always a tendency to lean forward adding more stress to my back. I can now walk straight and for longer periods of time. Longest walk at a time was around 3 miles and that without much pain. 12/29/2015
