Spasms & Pain Gone, Gait is Better

Before surgery my gait was becoming increasingly "off", I hobbled, was in constant pain, and suffered low back (right) spasms that would take my breath away. I didn't know if hips were messing with back or vice versa. Now back is awesome, flexibility is returning, no spasms low, and I can tell what is arthritis in hips, and not back. Six weeks out I have only a little tightness in center. I feel confident that will lessen with time and stretching. 05/28/2015
