Some Improvement with Neck & Arm Pain

Before my surgery, I kept a headache in back of my head and pain in the back of my neck, which radiated down my left arm. I couldn't look up or hold my head back without pain. Since my surgery, I have had some improvement. I would say within the last three weeks right after my surgery or maybe one to two weeks after the pain was unbearable. The shaking in my hands has not improved any yet. They shake so bad most of the time now until I can't hardly even sign my name. My collarbone still has quite a bit of pain in it also. My wife wrote this for me. I told her my symptoms. 11/19/2014
