Pain Better, Spasms Gone

Since surgery I have not had any back spasms. I do have some light pain in afternoon if I walk too much during the day. I had some pain after I mopped kitchen floor, I believe I rushed on mopping. Although I'm not fully healed, I do believe the surgery was a success. I'm not having the pain I did before surgery, and I have enjoyed Dr. McCord being my doctor. 11/06/2014
