Pain and Headaches Better, Sleeping Now

To Whom It May Concern: I have had years of headaches and pain in my neck, and after having this surgery, I have not had any headaches and the pain is much better now. I can sleep at night, and I can control the muscle pain and spasms with just taking my Tramadol ER and Cymbalta. I hope to be able to get off these medications now with time and therapy. 09/26/2013
