Prior to surgery, I was having a lot of pain across my upper back, my neck, and into my left arm.

I am doing progressively better. Other than a flare-up currently, my pain is a lot better than prior to this last surgery in March. I am very grateful for the improvement, care, and concern of Dr. McCord and his staff.

Prior to surgery, I was having a lot of pain across my upper back, my neck, and into my left arm. I also would experience numbness and tingling in mostly my right arm. Headaches were a significant complaint as well. Now, my pain is relieved quite a lot. It only really bothers me with exercise. I know I will progress through that like I did with my lumbar spine fusion. My headaches are a lot less frequent and don't last as long. The numbness and tingling are mostly gone. Only a couple of episodes. So, I'm sure I will work through more postop issues and get even better. I've gone from a 5 to 7 pain level to mostly a 2 to 3 pain level with hopes of going lower. If not, it's manageable, and I'm thankful and grateful for the changes. Dr. McCord does amazing work.
