Now Able to Work & Garden

My lifestyle had become very sedentary. I didn't do simpler things because of discomfort. I'm now able to run the weed eater, walk longer distances, do maintenance tasks around the house I had put off due to pain, planted small garden.

My lifestyle had become very sedentary. I didn't do simpler things because of discomfort. I'm now able to run the weed eater, walk longer distances, do maintenance tasks around the house I had put off due to pain, planted small garden. Previously at work I realized I would sit there for an hour and not accomplish anything. Now I'm going out calling on customers again. My stamina is improving.

Well pleased with results. Some stiffness still, but I'm sure that will continue to get better. I went back to work part time after two weeks. Very happy. AB

Lower back surgery in 12/2013 – neck surgery 10/2014 – both have made a tremendous difference in my wellbeing. Pain gone. Still have stiffness but at my age not unexpected.
