No Pain When Bending & Turning Neck

Just eight weeks out but getting better every day. Sleep a lot better.

Pain in neck is a lot better. I'm able to turn head and bend without all pain. Still having muscle pain, which is normal, but working to get all better. Just eight weeks out but getting better every day. Sleep a lot better. Don't have to use heat pad or ice pack as much. Have only used ice pack once and heat twice since surgery.
