Prior to surgery my left heel and outside of foot were numb. I had stabbing pain and numbness in the calf and terrible cramping in the thigh and buttocks. Almost immediately after surgery the feeling came back to the foot and the stabbing and cramping have disappeared. The feeling in the calf is progressively coming back. I could not sit or stand for any period of time and can now sit comfortably, stand and walk like I did prior to my injury.

Dr. McCord's recommendation for walking and activity I think have helped expedite my healing. The recommended exercises are spot on. I have been able to push myself for a speedy recovery.

Prior to surgery I had trouble with sitting at a computer all day. Would end the day in pain. Since surgery I have no pain at the end of the day and my mobility is almost back. No more tingling in the arm!!!
