No Need to Lean on Grocery Cart Anymore

Have more strength in my back after the surgery. Wished I would have done the surgery sooner.

I have more strength in my back after the surgery. I have numbness in my left buttock, inner thigh, and my left foot. I have been told that time will take care of this. I wish I had asked Dr. McCord to do the surgery sooner. I still have limited range of motion in my hip and legs. Getting dressed is a challenge. My back is better overall. I no longer have problems standing for extended periods of time. I also don't have to lean on the grocery cart while shopping. I'm hoping the exercise and lots of walking will improve my condition. I still have some lower back pain and some trouble sleeping on my left side.
