Lower Back Better, Glad I Did It

I am doing better with lower back! Legs and arms are numb but back is doing okay when I walk. Back is still painful a little most days but not stabbing as before! Am glad I had surgery but want to get a little better before I have neck done! I am trying to walk and stay active and not lie down during the day! I am working on getting VA physical for neck portion ASAP. 06/17/2015
