Lifting Weights, Doing Better Than One Year Ago

Lower back is doing better. I can lift weight with no problem. If I do things like bending to sweep, it is hard or uncomfortable to stand upright. I exercise several times per week, but aerobic exercise bothers lower back. It has improved in the last 18 months. Better now than it was at one year out. 08/25/2014
