Holding Bowels, Lost Weight, Sleeping Pain Free, This Was a Godsend

I can now hold my urine and bowel movements are more normal now. Can bend over and not in extreme pain constantly. I have actually lost weight since surgery. Can walk further than I was before, up to a mile. Walking straighter. My daughters have noticed and my best friend. This operation was a Godsent. I can lift now. Right before surgery could barely lift anything. Still being careful to lift properly now. Can twist side to side and bend over at waist, a little wobbly and unsteady but doing good. Some sciatica. Can sleep up to four to five hours. Before having to shift in the bed. Can lift my leg to my chest. I am happy that I had the surgery done. 06/25/2019
