Feel Wonderful, No Restrictions, Very Glad

Before: My activities were very limited. I could not walk farther than 20 yards without having to sit. Could not carry a 40-pound bag of dog food from the car to front door. Could not lift my left arm. Pain was constant and went down my left leg. Could not sit for extended periods – went to massage therapist regularly with little to no relief – could not turn my head.

After: Besides surgical pain – I feel wonderful! I could turn my head without pain or restrictions immediately after one of the surgeries. Leg pain appears to be gone. Shoulder pain is gone. Back surgery appears to be a very good decision – very pleased so far. 12/12/2014
