Feel So Much Better Six Weeks Out

Surgery was pretty intense. I had trapped gas and a touch of the flu. The first two to three weeks was hard. I thought I had made a bad mistake by having this surgery, but now every day seems to be better. I never thought it would be hard to recover. I normally bounce right back. To my understanding this was a major surgery that I didn't take seriously. It has been almost six weeks now, and I feel so much better. I still have a long way to go, but I'm excited and glad to know I made the right decision. Dr. McCord and his staff (especially Connie) have been wonderful. So pleased with everyone and my progress. 01/16/2015
