Feel Better, Walking Two Miles, Good Night's Sleep

Prior to surgery, my back was hurting so much that I could hardly walk to the mailbox and back. All that I was able to do for over nine months was sit and watch TV. Following the back surgery, things have gotten significantly better. I can get a fairly good night's sleep, and now six weeks later, I am able to walk a little over two miles with very little difficulty. There is still a little stiffness first thing in the morning and if I sit for too long other than a few aches and pains, which I expect to be normal during recovery, I feel much better. 05/20/2015
