Excruciating Pain Gone

Since surgery, I have been able to walk further without excruciating pain that leaves me debilitated. I am still stiff in my low back with aches here and there while sitting. I have lost some flexibility when stretching but am slowly able to stretch further a little more with practice as each day passes. 08/30/2016
