This was my second surgery, and I'm doing better since I had the surgery. I'm still in some pain and my face and neck on the right side still goes numb and tingles at times, but not as often as before surgery. Dr. McCord has greatly improved my life. Dr. McCord, Robin, and the other staff have gone out of their way to make me feel good and taken care of. Robin especially has always taken an extra few minutes while I cried due to the pain I was experiencing to listen to me, and reassure me that Dr. McCord will fix me. Robin in my opinion is a major asset to this office. I do wish Dr. McCord would take a little more time with me, but I understand he's busy! Thank you for everything.
