Can't Do Strenuous Work

Since the surgery I have tension headaches daily. Bad stomach nausea if I don't take my prescribed medicines. I have narrowing of the esophagus according to VA doctors of gastroenterology. I can't stand for long periods. Strenuous work at home puts me in pain in my shoulders and neck.
