The pain that I was experiencing before the surgery is gone. The strength in my arms is getting better.

Since my surgery, I have done really well. The pain that I was experiencing before the surgery is gone. The strength in my arms is getting better. The only problem I have had is when I sneeze. My head goes forward and the neck and shoulder muscles on my left side cramp up. I still take a pain pill every now and then at night but not every night. I am ready to get back to some more strenuous work. Overall, I am very pleased with the results of the surgery. Thanks very much.
